Welcome to Willow and Ivy Aesthetics!
I am Leigh Coffman, owner and injector at Willow & Ivy Aesthetics. I am a RN with over 20 years of experience. As a long-time Shelby County resident and current Johnson County Resident, I have had the privilege of raising three children in this community. I graduated with my LPN in 2005 and my RN in 2006 with serving most of my professional career in the hospital setting. I completed my aesthetics training with Social Aesthetics Indy in Avon, Indiana in 2025. I look forward to providing a service that makes you feel and look your best.
My Story
After 20 years of hospital nursing, I had come to appreciate the ever-lasting impact that I could provide to patients and their families. Being a RN is something that I can always cherish the professional and personal achievements that I was able to gain.

As I wanted to continue the impact that one can leave on a patient, I decided that I want to treat patients in a different way - aesthetics. Willow and Ivy Aesthetics was established, and named after my first granddaughter, Willow, to ensure that each patient leaves feeling better about themselves and with extra confidence.
